dos


找到1980 - 1995的missing data...
可是因為是dos的緣故...有些data 讀不到...成為真真正正的missing data
待完成論文之後，寫信到聯合國反映一下，是否可以做data restoration

不過個dos實在太outdated，technican都嚇一跳
